What Event Coverage 2 includes

The price is ₱2,100. Compared with Event Coverage 1 (₱1,900), the extra ₱200 buys you the move between a second location during the same coverage window. The total time is still 1–3 hours, so planning the route and the timing matters, and we cover that below.

When two venues makes sense

A single-venue package is the right fit for most birthday parties. Two venues is for the days that naturally split into two scenes. Dana's own pricing guide shows event work that includes a christening, where the ceremony and the celebration are often in different places. A real example from her page: a baptism at church followed by a Cars-themed birthday celebration, both covered by the same photographer.

• A church or chapel ceremony followed by a reception at a function hall, restaurant or home
• A christening or baptism, then lunch with the family elsewhere
• A pre-event moment at home (getting ready) followed by the main party
• A birthday party plus a short family portrait at a nearby park
• A graduation or recognition ceremony followed by a celebration meal

Plan the 1–3 hours so nothing is missed

Because coverage is capped at three hours in total, the order of the day decides what gets photographed. A good rule is to give each venue the part of the day that matters most to you.

1. Write down your two venues and the real start time at each one.
2. Add the travel time between them, including traffic and parking.
3. Decide the must-have moments at each venue (for example: the ceremony itself at venue one; the cake and group photo at venue two).
4. Send Dana the plan. She will tell you if the schedule fits inside three hours or if you should adjust the timing.

If your day is longer than three hours or the venues are far apart, message Dana first. She can tell you honestly whether this package fits or whether a custom arrangement should be discussed.

What you receive

Every photo you receive is enhanced: colors balanced, exposure corrected and a consistent look across both locations. Images are delivered as a soft copy through Google Drive, so you can download them on a phone or computer and share the link with relatives who could not attend. There is no cap on the number of images.

Tips for a smooth two-venue day

• Tell the key people at each venue (host, organizer, parish staff) that a photographer will be there.
• Ask about photo rules at the first venue. Some churches and halls restrict flash or movement during parts of a ceremony. Dana will follow the venue's rules.
• Keep the group photo for the venue where most guests will be present at the same time.
• Share the names of VIP guests (grandparents, godparents, sponsors) so they are included.
• Have someone on your side who can help gather family for portraits.

How to book

Message Dana on Messenger or Instagram, or send a text, with the date, both venues and the schedule. She will confirm availability and the package. There is no deposit: pay on the day of the service by cash, GCash or bank transfer, and your photos arrive by Google Drive within 3 days after the event.
