Terms of service

These terms explain in plain language how Dana Shotz works with clients. Last updated October 2026.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed when Dana agrees to the date, venue and package in writing by message or email. Package prices are listed on the packages page.

What is included

Each package includes one photographer, unlimited images that are all enhanced, and delivery as a soft copy through Google Drive, within the coverage time of the chosen package.

Deposits and payment

No deposit is required. Payment is settled on the day of the service by cash, GCash or bank transfer.

Cancellations

There is no cancellation fee. Please notify Dana at least 3 days before the event date.

Delivery

Your photos are delivered through a Google Drive link within 3 days after the event at the latest.

Transport

Transport is free for Malagasang, Bucandala and Anabu. For other barangays, and for Bacoor, General Trias and Dasmariñas, a small transport fee applies depending on the location.

Use of photos

Dana may show selected photos in her portfolio and social media unless you ask her not to when you book.
